Ever present work you believe in—then feel your confidence quietly disappear?
You’re not bad at presenting.
You’re just under-practiced.
Friendly Feedback Club is a live, small-group training space where junior creatives practice presenting, defending, and evolving their ideas—out loud, in real time—until confidence becomes muscle memory.
Who This Is For
Friendly Feedback Club is for junior to mid-level creatives who:
Do strong work but struggle to explain it clearly
Freeze when asked questions or challenged
Over-explain, ramble, or apologize unnecessarily
Want to be taken seriously without becoming loud or aggressive
Feel like confidence—not talent—is the thing holding them back
This isn’t about talent. It’s about communication. That’s what we teach.
What Actually Changes
Before
Presentations feel high-stakes and stressful
Feedback feels personal—even when it’s not
You leave meetings replaying what you should have said
After
You explain your thinking calmly and clearly
You respond to feedback without spiraling
You trust yourself in the room
You sound like someone who belongs there

Member Presentations- Members are given the chance to present. If you only want feedback on certain aspects, you’re free to specify that ahead of time!
Friendly Feedback- We’ll go around and give constructive feedback on presentations while also uplifting them and celebrating our collective growth. This feedback will be actionable and most importantly, friendly!
Don’t Wait for Confidence to Magically Appear. Build It.
Why This Is Different:
This isn’t a course you watch alone.
This isn’t a critique free-for-all.
This isn’t “just be more confident” advice.
About the Coach
I’m Lina—a Creative Director with over 11 years of experience in the creative industry, currently partnering with C-suite creatives, strategists, and growth officers to craft compelling new business pitches for the largest advertising agency in the world.
Over the years, I’ve seen incredible ideas stall—not because the work wasn’t strong, but because the story around it wasn’t landing. Teams lost momentum. Rooms went quiet. Opportunities slipped by.
That experience shaped my belief that how you present matters just as much as what you make.
Friendly Feedback Club exists because I know confidence, clarity, and presence aren’t innate traits—they’re skills that can be trained. This is the space I wish had existed earlier in my career.
