Meet Lina
Hi, I’m Lina — Creative Director, feedback enthusiast, and founder of Friendly Feedback Club.
After 12+ years in the creative industry (agency, in-house, and a few wild freelance chapters), I noticed something: junior creatives are taught how to design, but not how to talk about their work. Presenting ideas, giving and receiving feedback, navigating creative egos, standing your ground — it’s all part of the job, but no one really teaches you how to do it with confidence. That’s where Friendly Feedback Club comes in.
I created this space to help emerging creatives sharpen the soft skills that actually move careers forward — all in a low-stakes, supportive environment. Think Toastmasters, but for designers. Cowgirl boots optional.
Whether you're nervous about pitching your first campaign or just want a place to practice speaking up, this club is here to help you find your voice — and have fun doing it.
